«دكتور راحة» اسم شخصية افتراضية تعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي للدعم النفسي الذاتي والمعلومات العامة. الاسم ليس مؤهلًا طبيًا. الخدمة ليست طبيبًا بشريًا أو معالجًا مرخصًا، ولا تقدم تشخيصًا أو وصفات أو علاقة علاجية. قد تخطئ؛ لا تعتمد عليها وحدها في قرارات صحية مهمة ولا تغيّر دواءك دون مختص.
ليست خدمة طوارئ
لا توجد مراقبة بشرية مستمرة ولا ضمان رد أو حضور متواصل، ولا تستطيع الخدمة الاتصال بالإسعاف أو إرسال مساعدة نيابة عنك. في خطر مباشر أو إصابة أو تناول مادة مؤذية، اطلب مساعدة محلية عاجلة بالطريقة الآمنة لك، ولا تنتظر رد المحادثة.
حسابك وأهليتك
التسجيل لمن عمره 18 سنة أو أكثر. احمِ كلمة مرورك ولا تشارك حسابك. اسم المستخدم يكفي ولا يلزم اسم حقيقي. لا يتوفر استرجاع آلي لكلمة المرور حاليًا؛ يمكنك تغييرها من داخل الحساب عند معرفة الحالية. حساب الموقع ومحادثاته مستقلان عن Telegram.
حدود الاستخدام والتجربة
التجربة الحالية بلا رسوم ولا تجديد تلقائي. لا توجد عملية دفع أو باقة مدفوعة مفعّلة على الموقع. حد الرسائل اليومي الحالي 40 رسالة للحساب وفق إعدادات الخدمة، وقد تصل رسالة حد الاستخدام بدل الرد. الخدمة لا تضمن توفرًا دائمًا أو نتيجة صحية. أي اشتراك مستقبلي يحتاج شروطًا وسعرًا وموافقة منفصلة واضحة.
استخدام مسؤول
لا تستخدم الخدمة للإيذاء أو التهديد أو انتهاك خصوصية الآخرين، ولا ترفع محتوى غير قانوني. لا تحاول اختراق الخدمة أو انتحال هوية شخص آخر. احرص على عدم مشاركة تفاصيل تعريفية حساسة لا يحتاجها الحوار.
بياناتك وخياراتك
تُحفظ المحادثات والملخصات وتُعالَج لدى مزودين خارجيين كما يوضح إشعار الخصوصية. يمكنك بدء محادثة جديدة أو استكمال السابقة أو حذف حساب الموقع من إعداداته. قد تبقى نسخ احتياطية مشفرة حتى انتهاء الاحتفاظ. لا توجد ضمانات سرية طبية أو قانونية.

What Dr. Raha is
Dr. Raha is an AI conversational character for self-directed mental-health support and general information. Its name is not a medical qualification. This is not a human doctor or licensed therapist, and does not provide diagnosis, prescriptions or a treatment relationship. It can make mistakes. Do not rely on it alone for consequential health decisions or change medication without a qualified professional.
Not an emergency service
There is no continuous human monitoring or guaranteed response or presence. The service cannot contact or dispatch emergency help for you. For immediate danger, injury or harmful ingestion, seek urgent local help in a way that is safe for you. Do not wait for a chat response.
Your account and eligibility
Registration is for adults aged 18 or older. Protect your password and do not share your account. A username is sufficient; a real name is not required. Automated password recovery is not currently available. You can change your password while signed in by confirming the current one. Website accounts and conversations are separate from Telegram.
Pilot access and limits
The current pilot has no charges and no automatic renewal. No payment or paid plan is active on this website. The current daily limit is 40 messages per account under service settings; a limit notice may be returned instead of a conversational reply. Availability and health outcomes are not guaranteed. Any future subscription requires separate clear terms, pricing and consent.
Responsible use
Do not use the service to harm, threaten, invade another person's privacy, or upload illegal content. Do not attempt to compromise the service or impersonate others. Avoid identifying or sensitive information that is unnecessary for your conversation.
Your information and choices
Conversations and summaries are stored and processed by external providers as described in the privacy notice. You can create or resume conversations and delete your website account from its settings. Encrypted backups may remain until retention expires. Medical or legal confidentiality is not guaranteed.
Changes and rights
These are operational pilot terms, not a promise of absolute liability exclusion or a waiver of rights protected by law. Material changes to access or payment must be explained before applying them to you. Legal and clinical review is required before a commercial launch.
