هذا شرح لطريقة عمل النسخة التجريبية للموقع. محادثتك حساسة، ومن المهم تعرف شنو يُحفظ ووين يُعالَج قبل ما تبدأ.
شنو نحفظ؟
اسم المستخدم، والاسم الاختياري، وكلمة المرور على شكل بصمة مشتقة ومملّحة، وموافقتك على شروط هذه النسخة، وجلسات الدخول. نحفظ نص محادثات الموقع وملخّصاتها وسجلات السلامة وعدّاد الاستخدام لتشغيل المحادثة واستكمال سياقها. ما تحتاج تعطينا اسمك الحقيقي أو بريدك أو عنوانك.
الصوت والمزودون الخارجيون
المحادثة والنصوص والملخصات تُعالَج لدى Ollama Cloud. الرسالة الصوتية تُرسل إلى xAI لتحويلها إلى نص؛ التطبيق يعالج الصوت مؤقتًا ولا يحفظ ملفه عمدًا في قاعدة بياناته. عند طلب رد صوتي، يُرسل نص الرد إلى Fish Audio. يخضع تعامل كل مزود مع البيانات لسياساته؛ هذا الإشعار لا يضمن حذفها الفوري من أنظمته.
جلسات الدخول والتخزين بالمتصفح
يستخدم الموقع ملف ارتباط ضروريًا وآمنًا للدخول، ويخزن تفضيل اللغة محليًا في متصفحك. لا نضيف أدوات إعلانات أو تحليلات خارجية لهذه الواجهة. الخطوط وملفات الواجهة مستضافة معنا. احمِ جهازك وسجّل الخروج إذا كان مشتركًا.
الحذف والنسخ الاحتياطية
من الحساب يمكنك حذف حساب الموقع ومحادثاته من قاعدة البيانات. لا يشمل ذلك حساب Telegram المنفصل أو نسخك على جهازك أو سجلات المزودين. تُؤخذ نسخ احتياطية مشفّرة وتُرفع إلى Google Drive، والاحتفاظ التشغيلي المستهدف سبعة أيام. قد تبقى البيانات المحذوفة داخل نسخة مشفرة حتى انتهاء الاحتفاظ. الحذف من قاعدة البيانات لا يعني المحو الفوري لكل نسخة أو سجل.
حدود السرية والطوارئ
الخدمة ليست عيادة، ولا ينشأ عنها امتياز السرية الطبية أو القانونية. لا نعد بسرية مطلقة أو مراقبة بشرية مستمرة، ولا نستطيع إرسال إسعاف إلى مكانك. إشعارات تشغيلية عن مستوى أحداث السلامة وأعدادها قد تصل للمشغّل دون نص المحادثة. لا تُدخل بيانات حساسة تخص أشخاصًا آخرين دون حاجة.
العمر ونسخة التجربة
التسجيل مخصص لمن أعمارهم 18 عامًا وأكثر. هذه نسخة تجريبية بلا رسوم، وليست بديلًا عن مختص. المراجعة القانونية والسريرية وإجراءات الإطلاق التجاري عمل منفصل قبل طرح اشتراكات مدفوعة.

About your data, too.
This explains the current website pilot. Conversations can be sensitive. Please understand what is stored and where it is processed before you begin.
What we store
Your username, optional display name, salted password-derived hash, consent to this version, and login sessions. We store website conversation text, summaries, safety events and usage counts to operate the service and maintain context. You do not need to provide your real name, email or address.
Voice and external providers
Conversations, context and summaries are processed by Ollama Cloud. Voice messages are sent to xAI for transcription; the application handles audio temporarily and does not intentionally save the raw recording in its database. When you request a voice reply, reply text is sent to Fish Audio. Each provider's own policies govern its handling; we cannot guarantee immediate deletion from its systems.
Cookies and browser storage
A necessary secure login cookie keeps you signed in. Your language preference is saved locally in your browser. This interface adds no external advertising or analytics tools. Fonts and frontend files are self-hosted. Protect your device and sign out on shared devices.
Deletion and backups
You can delete your website account and its conversations from the account controls. This does not delete a separate Telegram account, copies on your devices or provider records. Encrypted backups are uploaded to Google Drive, with an operational retention target of seven days. Deleted information can remain within an encrypted backup until retention expires. Database deletion is not immediate erasure of every copy or log.
Confidentiality and emergency limits
This is not a clinic and does not establish medical or legal privilege. Absolute confidentiality and continuous human monitoring are not promised. The service cannot dispatch emergency help to your location. Operational notifications of safety-event levels and counts may reach the operator without conversation text. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information about other people.
Age and pilot status
Registration is for adults aged 18 or older. This is a no-charge pilot, not a substitute for professional care. Legal and clinical review and commercial launch procedures remain separate work before paid subscriptions are introduced.
